Your on-site concierge – or Resident Services Manager (RSM), as we call them – will make sure that your life here is easy, safe and blissfully stress-free. Your RSMs are here to keep your building secure, spotless and well-maintained of course! They’ll keep things running like clockwork.
Your RSMs are always close at hand to help. From sorting out a fault in your home to replacing lost keys or taking delivery of parcels; it’s all part of the service. They’ll suggest local amenities or answer any question you have too. There are lots of benefits to having your own on-site concierge!
